  Returns: We only accept returns for products that are manufactured by third parties. If you would like to initiate a return, please contact us, and we will guide you to our production fulfillment provider. Once the returned product is received, we will inspect it for any damages caused during shipping. If the product sent to you was damaged, we will conduct an investigation and issue a refund accordingly.

  Exchange Policy: To streamline processes for both you and our brand, we regret to inform you that we do not accept exchanges at this time. We encourage you to carefully review your order before completing it to ensure it meets your preferences and needs.

        Lickda Affiliate Program Policy

        1. Eligibility
           - Affiliates must be atleast 18 years or older to join the Lickda Affiliate Program.
           - Affiliates must own and operate a valid website, blog, social media account, or other online presence to promote Lickda products.
           - Lickda reserves the right to approve or reject any application at its discretion.

        2. Affiliate Responsibilities:
           - Affiliates are responsible for promoting Lickda products using the custom promo code provided upon acceptance into the program.
           - All promotional content must accurately represent Lickda products and brand.
           - Affiliates must not engage in any deceptive, misleading, or unethical marketing practices.
           - Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of their Local Laws as well as New Zealand Laws, including advertising guidelines and disclosure requirements.

        3. Promo Code Use:
           - Affiliates will be provided with a unique promo code to share with their audience.
           - Promo codes are for promotional purposes only and should not be used for personal purchases.
           - Lickda reserves the right to revoke or modify promo codes at any time.

        4. Commission Structure:
           - Affiliates will earn a commission on sales generated through the use of their unique promo code.
           - The commission percentage will be agreed upon between Lickda and the affiliate via email.
           - Your commission will be calculated on our profit after deducting production costs, marketing expenses, and other related costs.
           - Commissions will be paid out monthly via bank wire transfer, with a minimum payout threshold of NZD$20.

        5. Payment Terms :
           - Payments will be made once the minimum payout threshold is reached. It might take 3-30 days to make your transaction from our end.
           - If the minimum threshold is not met, the balance will roll over to the next payment cycle.
           - Affiliates are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with their earnings. Any deductions from 3rd party services are not the responsibility of Lickda.

        6. Termination:
           - Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
           - Upon termination, the affiliate must immediately cease promoting Lickda products and remove any promotional content related to the brand.
           - Any pending commissions at the time of termination will be paid out according to the standard payment schedule.

        7. Intellectual Property:
           - Affiliates are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Lickda’s trademarks, logos, and promotional materials solely for the purpose of promoting Lickda products.
           - All intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Lickda.
           - Affiliates must not modify Lickda’s trademarks, logos, or promotional materials without prior written consent.

        8. Confidentiality:
           - Affiliates agree to keep all commission rates, marketing strategies, and other proprietary information confidential.
           - Confidential information should not be disclosed to any third party without Lickda’s prior written consent.

        9. Liability Disclaimer:

        Lickda does not assume any liability for any losses, damages, or injuries resulting from your participation in the affiliate program. You agree to participate at your own risk and understand that Lickda is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of earnings, profits, or data, arising out of or in connection with this program.

        10. Modifications:
           - Lickda reserves the right to modify or update the terms of this policy at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email.
           - Continued participation in the program after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

        11. Governing Law:
           - This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of New Zealand.
           - Any disputes arising under this agreement shall be resolved under the Laws of New Zealand.
